JDH825 Solvent-Free Epoxy Tie Coat

Characteristics:
The epoxy tie coat is a two-component cashew amine adduct cured epoxy paint formulated with solvent-free epoxy resin, vinyl resin, pigments, fillers, and reactive epoxy diluents. It features excellent film adhesion, flexibility, and strong bonding properties.

Applications:   Used as a transition coat between epoxy paint and antifouling paint below the waterline of ships. It can also serve as an intermediate coat for steel structures between epoxy primer and acrylic topcoat, chlorinated rubber topcoat, or alkyd topcoat.
