Our High Build Epoxy Anti-Rust Paint can achieve a dry film thickness (DFT) of up to 200µm in a single spray application! This far exceeds the typical 80-120µm DFT of regular epoxy anti-rust paints. This means a fuller film and more thorough protection. Similar high-build products also show considerable single-coat thickness . The DFT of ordinary epoxy anti-rust paint is generally lower.A higher single-coat film thickness means you can significantly reduce the number of applications while still achieving or even exceeding the specified total film thickness. This not only saves valuable application time but also reduces labor costs.
